We tend to think that people who live in their car are outrigth poor. But as we can see, he probably has more savings than those who are living the standard life. I am convinced this young man will do well in life, he is onto something. Thanks for another great video Romain 🙌🏽

People laugh when I say this but I could totally live this way if I were single. I would probably have a modified van though. Some folks truly don’t require what most would consider the normal life and are satisfied with very little by way of material things.

Man, after watching all these videos, I would have never knew people with such low net worth exist. I'm living in a bubble. I read about people with low net worth in the newspaper, but I never really met anyone being interviewed in real life or met any one with such low net worth. It's interesting to hear all these stories. I'm a millionaire. And I would think everyone is a millionaire by their 40s. That is how naiive I am.

OK,, I take it back. The rent situation is not good. Bluntly, she can't afford to live there. She'd be well served to move out a little to a cheaper area. If she really needs two bedrooms -- which is a luxury for a single person -- she needs to be in a cheaper area.

It's always people with low scores who seem to think carrying a balance is "good". Paying OFF a balance on time is good. CARRYING a credit card balance is great - for the credit card company.

The only thing i didn't like is that she looked embarrassed when she said she drives a 2009 Toyota Camry. That's an extremely good good and a great move to hold onto it. Too many people buy cars that look great but ruin their finances. If she just keeps making those kinds of decisions she's going to be very well off.

SPOT ON about the prenup. If a couple can't have this conversation before they are married, they shouldn't be getting married. Forcing a very open conversation about what happens if things don't work out is essential. There's nothing cynical about it. Rather, it's an indication of maturity and and desire to really understand each others values around assets and your relationship. It's all good.

I have never seen anything this tragic. Social workers don't like children sleeping in cars! I dont know how she can consider parenthood at this point. Her mom didn't leave a bad marriage and go to America for her daughter not to seek help. She's regressed back into childhood by not wanting responsibilities or having to figure it out. She wants to be carefree, which growing up she didn't have.

I’m 36 and watching this was frustrating but I do get it. We can get lost in our own stories especially when “it happens to us.” It was a long road to deal with generational trauma as a Native American and my own personal traumas. Yes, the things that she experienced as a child are horrible but she is not that child anymore. She is now the one that is perpetuating that cycle but that can all change if she is willing to and seek help.

Asking these slabbers about their incomes and savings is a risk to them to be honest with you, on account of personal security and ambitious government types watching your channel and making a name for themselves by using the weight of their office to seize their assets using the County Sheriff's armed thugs and force you to pay back your Calfresh, Calworks, MediCal and other federal, state and county benefits.
